We're pretty much done working on our backyard... and for that I praise God - considering we've been working on it for over a year. It never ceases to amaze me that He gives His children such simple gifts and allows us to enjoy them - but truly believing that "every good and perfect gift is from above" - we did enjoy it tonight and are thankful! Here are some pictures of the yard, the furniture - and - of course - Oscar. :)

Look at all that pretty green grass. We are solidly brown for the next few months, so I'm pretty envious!

Oscar has had to be "reprimanded" a couple of times for using the quaking aspen (to the right, behind him) as dental floss.:) He learned fairly quickly. (lol)
Thanks for your comments everyone - it is green because of all the thunderstorms we've been having... and occational use of the sprinklers.
Mom: stop by anytime... we had a blast with Gord and Lori yesterday... only mildly sunburned due to that amazing umbrella. :)
